By accessing or using signifyimpact.com (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Informational only — not advice

The Site presents information about Signify Impact — the productized advisory property of Signify Solution LLC — for general information purposes only. Subscription and engagement descriptions, scope summaries, cadence outlines and any other material are illustrative. They do not constitute professional, legal, regulatory, financial, audit, privacy, security or consulting advice, and they are not a substitute for engaging suitably qualified professionals. Browsing the Site, configuring a subscription, or contacting us through it does not by itself create a consulting, advisory, client or other professional relationship — that relationship arises only under a separate, signed engagement agreement.

Published scope and pricing are indicative until signed

We publish scope and pricing on the Site as a matter of policy. Those published summaries, and any Scope Confirmation generated by the configurator, are indicative: the binding scope, deliverables, cadence and fees for any engagement are exclusively those set out in the executed Master Services Agreement and Statement of Work between you and Signify Solution LLC. If the Site and a signed agreement differ, the signed agreement governs.

Credits

Some work is offered on a prepaid credit basis at the rate published on the relevant page. The published credit mechanics reflect how we intend credits to operate and will be given binding form in your Master Services Agreement: credits do not expire while a subscription is live and remain redeemable for twelve months after it ends; unused credits are refundable at the rate paid, less any volume bonus received and not used; held balances are honored at their purchased value if the published rate changes; and where we decline an assignment on independence grounds, the credits concerned remain yours — redeemable or refundable as above. Credits are not transferable, are not a stored-value or gift instrument, and confer no right to services outside the published scope of the work they were purchased against.

No reliance

Your circumstances, obligations and applicable law are specific to you. Do not act, or refrain from acting, in reliance on the Site alone; always verify independently and seek advice tailored to your situation before making decisions.

Grants program

Information about the Signify Impact grants program — including eligibility, selection criteria and the number of grants — describes how we currently intend to run the program and may change between rounds. Submitting an application does not create any entitlement to a grant, and grant awards are made at Signify Solution LLC’s discretion under a separate grant agreement.

No warranties

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the content is current, error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Signify Solution LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind — including direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, loss of profits, data or goodwill — arising out of or in connection with your access to, use of, or reliance on the Site or its content. Your sole and exclusive remedy if you are dissatisfied with the Site is to stop using it.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site is © Signify Solution LLC unless otherwise stated, and may not be copied or redistributed without permission. Signify Impact, Signify Solution, Signify Hive, Signify Insights, Risk Radar, Privacy360™, Clarus, and related names and marks, are used by Signify Solution LLC.

Third-party links

The Site links to our sibling properties — Signify Solution, Signify Hive and Signify Insights — and may reference other third-party sites and services for context. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or practices of any third party.

Changes

We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
