Accessibility Statement
A quality floor, not a feature: this site is built to be usable by everyone.
Signify Impact aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. Accessibility is treated as part of the design system, not a retrofit.
What we build in
Contrast: text and interactive elements are designed to meet AA contrast ratios on both the cream and dark grounds. Keyboard: every interactive element is reachable and operable by keyboard, with a visible focus indicator throughout. Motion: animations and reveal effects respect your operating system’s reduced-motion preference and are disabled when it is set. Structure: pages use semantic landmarks, ordered headings and labelled navigation so screen readers can move through them predictably. Responsiveness: layouts reflow to small screens and high zoom levels without loss of content or function.
Known limitations
The interactive configurator and embedded third-party components (scheduling and e-signature) will receive a dedicated accessibility review before public launch; any residual limitations will be listed here. PDF artefacts, such as the sample board pack, are produced to be tagged and readable, but historic documents may vary.

Findings from formal review passes are recorded here with their resolution — the promise above, kept in public.
23 July 2026 — full-site pass (design-system + configurator + forms). Findings and fixes: (1) muted text failed AA contrast on the secondary cream ground at 4.27:1 — token darkened to 5.01:1 site-wide. (2) Accent labels failed AA at 4.10:1 — token darkened to 5.35:1. (3) Mobile menu did not expose expanded/hidden state to assistive technology — aria-expanded and aria-hidden now toggle with the menu. (4) No skip link — a “Skip to content” link now precedes the navigation on every page. (5) The configurator’s locked booking action remained keyboard-focusable while visually disabled — it is now removed from the tab order until unlocked. (6) Form error messages were not announced — they now carry alert semantics. Remaining known limitation: third-party scheduling and e-signature embeds are reviewed when their providers are selected.
Review
This statement is reviewed whenever the site materially changes, and at least annually.
